Who we are

The Kit Room ("we", "us") is a brand of bstack Digital, run by Matias Barragan, Paraguay. You can reach us at mati@thekitroom.co.

Who sells it to you

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, receipts, taxes and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

What you buy

The SEO Kit is a downloadable set of instructions, prompts and scripts that your own AI (Claude Code or Codex) runs on your computer. You pay once. There is no subscription.

It is a hands-on setup, not one click. You create the accounts it uses, paste your own keys and post every reply yourself. Before you buy, you tick a box saying you understand this.

What you need

Claude Code with a paid Claude plan (Pro or Max), or Codex with ChatGPT Plus or higher, on a computer. The kit does not run in the browser versions of Claude or ChatGPT.

No guaranteed results

We do not promise rankings, traffic, sales or a place in any search engine or AI answer. Results depend on your product, your niche and what you publish. Any example on our site is an example, not a promise.

Other platforms

The kit works with services we don't own, such as Reddit, LinkedIn, Gamma, Zenodo, Google, Bing, Cloudflare, Apify, Anthropic and OpenAI. You need your own account with each one you use. You agree to their terms, and you are responsible for following their rules, including each community's rules on self-promotion. We are not responsible if a platform suspends your account, changes its rules or stops working.

Running costs

Besides your Claude or ChatGPT plan, the kit has monthly costs that the platforms charge you directly. They grow with how much you use the kit: more searches and drafts cost more. You choose how much to run, and the dashboard stops at the monthly limit you set. We charge only the one-time kit price, never usage. We don't set the platforms' prices and aren't responsible for them. They can change. Any cost we quote is an estimate from running the kit on our own product. Your costs depend on your niche, how much you run, which AI you use and the platforms' prices at the time, so they can be higher or lower.

Your keys and accounts

Your API keys stay on your computer and in your own Cloudflare account. We never receive them. Keeping them safe is your job.

Your licence

You may use the kit for your own business and your own clients' businesses. You may not resell it, share it, publish it or give your download link to anyone else. Each download is marked with your email address. If we find your copy shared, we may switch off your access link.

Updates

When we release a new version, you can download it from your access link at no extra cost. We may change, add or remove parts of the kit as platforms change.

Limits on our liability

Apart from what our Refund Policy promises, the kit is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or account actions taken by other platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the kit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
